Location: Tomas Morato, Quezon City Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Bright Solutions Marketing Services, Inc. is looking for a BTL Recruitment Officer to support the sourcing and hiring requirements of our brand activations, merchandising programs, events, and other field marketing projects. This is a hands-on, non-supervisory recruitment role focused on sourcing and screening field personnel based on project requirements. The successful candidate should be comfortable with high-volume hiring, candidate follow-ups, and working with urgent recruitment requirements. This position is an individual contributor role and does not involve managing a recruitment team. Key Responsibilities - Handle sourcing and recruitment of field manpower for BTL campaigns and projects - Source candidates through Facebook groups, referrals, social media, job portals, and other recruitment channels - Recruit Brand Ambassadors, Promodisers, Merchandisers, Helpers, Event Staff, and other project-based field personnel - Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews - Verify candidate availability, qualifications, and deployment requirements - Coordinate interview schedules and candidate endorsements - Follow up with candidates regarding requirements, interview results, and deployment schedules - Maintain and update applicant and manpower databases - Coordinate with Operations regarding manpower requirements and hiring deadlines - Monitor assigned vacancies and ensure recruitment targets are met - Assist with pre-deployment requirements and onboarding coordination - Prepare recruitment trackers and hiring updates - Handle candidate concerns throughout the recruitment process - Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience - Experience in BTL, events, activations, merchandising, field marketing, or manpower recruitment is preferred - Experience sourcing Brand Ambassadors, Promodisers, Merchandisers, Helpers, Event Staff, or similar field personnel is an advantage - Familiarity with Facebook recruitment groups and social media sourcing - Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented - Able to handle high-volume recruitment and urgent hiring requirements - Willing to work on multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously Important Note This is an individual contributor position. Candidates with extensive supervisory or managerial experience may be overqualified for the role.
