The role will focus on production support, incident resolution, minor enhancements, integrations, release management, and platform stability. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution within SLA. Develop and deploy bug fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration changes across Brightspot templates and workflows. Troubleshoot integrations including: REST/GraphQL APIs Search CDN Static content services Publishing pipelines Support release management activities, deployments, and post-production validations. Monitor platform health and proactively identify opportunities for performance and stability improvements. Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to resolve production issues. Participate in on-call/shift rotation as required by SLA. Must-Have Skills 5–10 years of experience with Brightspot CMS or comparable enterprise hybrid CMS platforms. Strong Java development skills. Working knowledge of Groovy. Working knowledge of JSP/Freemarker. REST/GraphQL APIs Solr/Elasticsearch Git CI/CD AMS / Production Support experience. Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills. Knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Candidate Requirements Strong experience supporting enterprise CMS platforms in a production environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced AMS / production support environment. Willingness to work with on-call/shift rotation as per SLA. Candidates should be comfortable with Hybrid/Remote work model. Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
