In this role, you will help grow, organize, and support the Bridge Builder community by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, communication, and record-keeping. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of young mothers. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding - Support recruitment of new Bridge Builders - Assist with onboarding and ensure membership information is collected - Help distribute welcome kits and Bridge Builder resources Database Management - Maintain and update the member database - Track memberships, engagement, and participation - Ensure contact information and records remain accurate Communication & Engagement - Assist with welcome messages and monthly updates - Share event and service opportunities with Bridge Builders - Help foster connection and consistency within the Bridge Builder community Time Commitment 2–4 hours per month Originally posted on Himalayas
