Our store offers a curated collection of modern, elegant and couture wedding gowns designed for brides who want a truly unforgettable experience. We believe finding a wedding dress should be one of the most magical and memorable moments of a bride’s journey. Our mission is to provide a personalised, warm and professional styling experience that helps every bride feel confident, beautiful and excited about her special day. We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Bridal Stylist to join our team and help create unforgettable moments for our brides. About the Role As a Bridal Stylist, you will work one-on-one with brides to guide them through their wedding dress journey. This role is both styling and sales focused , requiring strong communication skills, fashion awareness, and the ability to build genuine relationships with brides and their families. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional bridal experience from the moment a bride walks through our doors until she says “Yes to the Dress”. Key Responsibilities Welcome brides and their guests in a warm and professional manner Conduct personalised bridal consultations and understand each bride’s vision, style and budget Style and present wedding gowns while guiding brides through the fitting process Provide professional advice on fit, alterations, fabrics and customisation options Achieve individual and team sales targets through a consultative sales approach Maintain strong relationships with brides throughout their entire bridal journey Assist with merchandising, store presentation and maintaining a beautiful boutique environment Support store events, promotions and bridal showcases when required What We Are Looking For Previous experience in bridal retail, fashion retail or luxury sales preferred Passion for fashion, bridal styling and customer experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and emotional connection with clients Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Sales driven with the confidence to guide brides towards a decision Ability to work in a fast-paced boutique environment Availability to work weekends is essential What We Offer Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses Ongoing training in bridal styling and luxury sales Opportunity to work with stunning couture wedding gowns Supportive and friendly boutique team environment A rewarding career helping brides find the most important dress of their life Location Jayleen Bridal House 26 Toohey Road Wetherill Park NSW 2164 Apply If you are passionate about fashion, styling and creating unforgettable bridal experiences, we would love to hear from you.
