Be part of a thoughtful, service-driven experience that helps brides feel confident and celebrated. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with brides to help them find their perfect wedding gown and accessories. Provide knowledgeable guidance on bridal styles, fit, and current trends. Communicate with clients by phone and in person to schedule appointments, answer questions, and follow up on inquiries. Build rapport with a wide range of personalities and make clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the shopping process. Stay informed about current bridal trends, designers, and boutique inventory to make thoughtful recommendations. Assist with maintaining the overall presentation and organization of the boutique. Qualifications Retail sales experience (or comparable), preferably in a consultative or personal shopping environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone. A friendly and approachable personality with a natural ability to connect with a range of different personalities. Exceptional reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Ability to remain composed, positive and solution-oriented even on busy days and with unexpected challenges. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A passion for fashion, styling, or the bridal industry is a plus. A strong sense of personal style is appreciated. Compensation & Schedule Competitive hourly pay plus commission. Part-time position. Weekend and evening availability is required.
