This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your marketing, sales, and customer service skills while working in energetic settings such as retail stores, events, and promotional campaigns. Duties - Actively promote products and brand messaging through in-person interactions at retail locations, events, and promotional activities - Engage with Social Media campaign by creating pre-script videos and taking required pictures for events. - Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers - Collect valuable data during interactions to support marketing insights and campaign effectiveness - Manage social media platforms by sharing event updates, engaging content, and responding to customer inquiries - Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and handling objections confidently - Assist in organizing and executing event marketing initiatives to maximize brand exposure - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail store products to effectively communicate features and advantages to customers Requirements - Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly advantageous for understanding customer needs - Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer feedback and engagement metrics - Proficiency in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content is preferred - Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse audiences - Excellent public speaking and communication skills to confidently present products and brand messages - Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude - Experience with event marketing, product demos, or in-person customer service enhances your fit for this role - Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other digital tools used for data entry and social media management Join us as a Brand Representative if you're energetic, personable, and eager to make a lasting impact through innovative marketing strategies.
