Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - At least 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, retail marketing, or product marketing. - Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles - P&L management and pricing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Strong project management and organizational skills Key Responsibilities: - Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sr. Business Dev Head to help localize, develop, and implement brand strategies to ultimately drive sales. - Go-To-Market & Campaigns: Deliver a consistent brand message thru product launches and marketing initiatives across multiple channels including, but not limited to, marketing collaborations, point of sale materials (in-store & online), social media, and e-commerce. - Market Research: monitor competitor activity, regional/industry trends, and consumer behavior to exploit opportunities or mitigate risks. - Customer Engagement: Analyze customer feedback and engage with store personnel to understand how the brand is perceived and how to improve customer engagement with the brand. - Performance Tracking: tracking performance of brand-related campaigns, promotions, and initiatives, using insights to recommend improvements; monitoring sell-thru of products and recommending actionable strategies - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and product development teams to ensure the brand’s story is consistently communicated in every customer interaction. - Vendor and Partner Relations: Assist in coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, and partners/ principals for promotional materials, events, and branding projects.
