Our Client and Market Growth team brings together business development, sales, brand, marketing, events, digital, communications and insight professionals. Together we grow the firm's profile, client footprint, relationships and revenue.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Engagement and Marketing, as Brand and Marketing Manager, you'll develop and run campaigns from strategy and planning through to delivery and ROI evaluation, across the full range of client engagement channels. You'll work closely with the Brand and Marketing team, the wider CMG team and stakeholders across our Industry and Lines of Business portfolios. Together you'll build a collaborative go-to-market approach for strategic, tactical and always-on programs.

What you'll do

  • Develop marketing and go-to-market strategies and campaigns that drive brand differentiation and client engagement, aligned to the firm's growth priorities
  • Contribute to annual and quarterly planning and to the Brand and Marketing calendar
  • Work with Industry, Lines of Business and executive stakeholders to set objectives and KPIs and build multi-channel campaigns that support awareness, lead generation and relationship growth
  • Create value propositions, messaging and content for a range of channels, working with Corporate Media and Communications on integrated campaigns
  • Plan and deliver sponsorship and partnership initiatives
  • Evaluate campaign and channel performance against firm and industry benchmarks, using competitor insight and firm data to make evidence-based recommendations
  • Help improve our campaign processes and our "idea-to-value" model
  • Own brand governance for your campaigns and content, making sure they apply our brand guidelines, tone of voice and approval processes
  • Provide day-to-day direction to two designers, including priorities, briefs, design reviews and creative direction

About you

  • A tertiary qualification in brand or marketing, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years in marketing roles, ideally B2B marketing in legal or professional services (B2C experience is a bonus)
  • Significant omni-channel marketing experience, including end-to-end campaign strategy, management and optimisation
  • A commercial, data-led mindset, with experience managing budgets and measuring return on investment
  • Experience with martech, digital and work management tools, and marketing operations and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including with executive leaders
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the firm
  • Excellent organisation, project management and attention to detail, with the capacity to juggle competing priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in AI tools, the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and collaboration tools

You're a curious, self-motivated strategic thinker who leads by example, takes on challenges and stays focused under pressure. You're warm, approachable and diplomatic, and you build strong relationships with people at every level.
