The role is responsible for managing brand performance, forecasting, pricing structure, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and profitability across distribution channels. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic brand plans aligned with company objectives and principal directions Manage overall brand performance, positioning, growth, and profitability Ensure alignment of local execution with principal brand guidelines and strategies Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned principals/brand owners Coordinate regularly with principals regarding brand plans, sales performance, forecasts, pricing, promotions, and product launches Prepare business reviews, market updates, and performance presentations for principals Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts in coordination with principals, Sales, and Supply Chain teams Develop and manage pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade activations, and product launches Should have knowledge with the following: Solid experience in FMCG brand management Demand forecasting experience Pricing analysis experience Experience with distributor-led operations Experience working with imported brands/products Experience collaborating with international principals Benefits: - Additional leave - Company events - Health insurance - Life insurance - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
