Brand Manager / Marketing Manager (with Business Assistant responsibilities)

We are looking for a Brand Manager / Marketing Manager to support the founder of an international business in the Health & Wellness industry.

This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional with a strong corporate background who can independently manage business and personal priorities.

We welcome candidates from Brand / Marketing, Social Media, HR / Talent Acquisition, and Key Account Management who are interested in a dynamic, founder-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Personal Assistance (60–70%)

Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal requests.

Prepare meeting notes, track decisions, and follow up on action items.

Coordinate communication with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.

Social Media & Brand

-

Coordinate content operations and the founder's personal branding activities.

Organize shoots, publication schedules, agencies, and creative contractors.

Recruitment & HR

-

Source and screen candidates.

-

Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes.

Requirements

-

Experience in a large, preferably international company with established corporate processes.

Professional background in Social Media, Brand / Marketing OR Recruitment/ HR, or Key Account Management.

Consistent career progression and a stable professional track record.

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Proactive mindset, ownership, discretion, and attention to detail.

Willingness to handle both business and personal support responsibilities.

-

Fluent Russian and strong working English.

Willingness to work flexibly outside standard working hours and remain available when needed.

Nice to Have

Previous Executive / Business Assistant experience supporting a CEO or Founder.

Experience in content management, personal branding, or recruitment.

Involvement in product launches or business projects.

Background in Health & Wellness, FMCG, or Tech.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: AED 15,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Working schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility required outside standard working hours when necessary.

Location: Office-based position in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.

Official UAE employment , including a work visa and health insurance.
