Position Overview CLO Virtual Fashion is looking for a capable Brand Communications Manager to join the team in Hong Kong. We are a small, tight-knit unit, and the environment will be close to that of a start-up; we wear a lot of hats, brainstorm a lot of ideas, and are filled with passion for all things fashion & 3D. As Brand Communications Manager, you will serve as an integral member of the team, coordinating and developing marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. You will implement a comprehensive plan inclusive of client and industry partnerships, event execution, and content creation across our owned and paid channels — spanning social media, our website, company blog, and beyond. Our team has grand visions for how we reach our users and clients; it will be your job to bring these dreams to life. Responsibilities Develop and execute branding and communications strategies to drive user growth across Hong Kong and the broader South East Asia region, including Vietnam and Indonesia Analyze industry trends and activity to best reach key markets Develop relationships with key publications in technology, fashion, and other connected industries Orchestrate media plans and work with our design team to produce content for both local/regional and global audiences Collaborate closely with the global Brand Communications team and internal stakeholders (BizDev, Design, Sales) to support external engagements and lead-generation opportunities Write and issue press releases for major announcements, distributing through BusinessWire and other services Spearhead the creation of internal and external video content Organize and manage user-facing events and trade shows as necessary Track and measure campaign success, course-correcting as needed and sharing insights with the business team periodically Initiate new ideas and communications initiatives for the Brand Communications Chapter to drive greater impact Mentor other Brand Communications team members Ensure adherence to the company's global channel strategy, brand identity, tone of voice, formats, and templates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of experiences in fashion/tech, or at agencies specializing in fashion/tech Creative, analytical, inquisitive, driven, and takes initiative Agile, with a proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and adhere to tight deadlines Strong knowledge of media content and formats, especially in the digital space Experience with B2B events, trade shows, and exhibits Great verbal and written communication skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to invest and grow with CLO Fluent in English and Cantonese Plus If You Have Proficiency in Mandarin Experience issuing press releases Experience writing or blogging Knowledge of SEO, GEO/AEO Experience managing social media channels for tech/software companies We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
