We're small, growing, and we care about doing things properly: the experience, the community, and the way we tell our story. We're hiring the person who will own that story. The role This isn't a "post three times a week" job. You'll be the voice and the eye of the brand, and you'll help decide where it goes next. Concretely, you will: - Own the content calendar across Instagram, newsletter and web - Write our newsletter and the copy for campaigns, launches and events - Plan and shoot photo and short video content (on-site, in the sauna, at the ice baths, with our community) - Build and run campaigns from idea to results, and report on what worked - Work directly with the founders on brand direction and the 12-month marketing plan - Manage a small content budget (tools, props, occasional freelancers) **What we're looking for** - 2–5 years in content, social or brand marketing, ideally for a physical business - Based in or around Lisbon: some days on-site for shoots and the community, the rest from wherever you work best - Able to run a brand on three days a week: you prioritise well and don't need hand-holding - Strong writer in Portuguese and English - Confident with a camera and phone: composition, light, basic editing (Lightroom, CapCut or similar) - Good taste, and opinions about what makes a brand feel real vs. generic - Organised enough to run a calendar, restless enough to want to improve it - Someone who wants to build something, not just execute a list **What you get** - Free, unlimited access to the sauna and ice baths, for you and a +1 - Real ownership: your name on the brand, and freedom to shape it - A title that means something, and a salary review at 12 months tied to goals you help set - Monthly sessions with a senior marketing consultant to sharpen your strategic thinking - A small budget you control - Founders who will actually read your ideas How to apply Send us: 1.
