Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate
Job Description Our marketing group is a rapidly growing direct sales and marketing company expanding throughout the Boston area. We're looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who are ready to develop professionally, build leadership skills, and grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. No previous sales experience is required. We provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed. Responsibilities: Generate new customers through face-to-face interactions. Educate customers on our products and services while providing excellent customer service. Build strong relationships with customers and represent nationally recognized brands professionally. Learn and apply proven sales techniques through daily coaching and ongoing training. Maintain accurate customer information and sales records. Participate in team meetings, leadership development, and professional growth workshops. Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Fluent in English. Reliable transportation to Boston, MA 02133. Available to work 5+ days per week. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers face-to-face. Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
