We are seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador / Retail Vendor Specialist to become the face of our brand. This part-time position requires a commitment of two days a week, specifically Thursdays and Fridays . In this role, you will hit the retail floor to drive brand awareness, execute product demonstrations, and actively engage consumers to convert interactions into sales. Key Responsibilities - Product Demonstration & Tastings: Set up promotional displays, educate consumers on unique product features, benefits, and brand history. - Sales Driving: Actively approach retail shoppers, pitch product value propositions, and meet or exceed daily activation sales goals. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent rapport with retail store managers and department staff to secure prime placement and smooth operations. - Reporting & Feedback: Utilize our mobile tracking app to log inventory levels, track real-time sales metrics, capture event photos, and report consumer feedback. - Merchandising: Ensure promotional kiosks are clean, organized, fully stocked, and compliant with brand aesthetic guidelines. Position Requirements Age Requirement Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of hire. Experience 1+ years in retail, customer service, event marketing, or brand promotion preferred (Training provided). Communication Outgoing, charismatic communicator comfortable initiating conversations with strangers. Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for the full duration of a 6-to-8-hour shift. Logistics Must have a reliable smartphone (for reporting) and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to travel between local retail sites. Availability Consistent availability to work every Thursday and Friday . Benefits & Perks - Competitive Base Pay: Fixed at $22.00/hr. - Weekday Schedule: Keep your weekends free with a fixed Thursday and Friday schedule. - Steady Part-Time Hours: Work a reliable 2 days a week. - Career Growth: Hands-on experience with field marketing, account management, and corporate sales strategies.
