BRAND AMBASSADOR – MOTORSPORT EVENT

Location: Austin, TX Dates: October 19–26, 2026 Rate: $25/hour Schedule: Flexible overall; full-day shifts available October 21–25 (8 hours/day)

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Brand Activators to support an exciting brand experience taking place during the Formula 1 race week in Austin.

You’ll be part of a dynamic event environment, engaging with guests, representing the brand on-site, and supporting the sale and presentation of exclusive merchandise.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong interest in fashion, apparel, sports, or lifestyle brands, and wants to be part of a high-energy international event.

What You’ll Do

· Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically throughout the event

· Engage with guests and create a welcoming, energetic experience

· Support the sale of merchandise , including product presentation and customer assistance

· Help maintain an organized and visually appealing retail/event space

· Answer basic product and event-related questions

· Support inventory organization, replenishment, and general event operations

· Work closely with the on-site event team to ensure a smooth experience

· Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For

· Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Reliable, responsible, and punctual

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment

· Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events, brand activation, or customer-facing roles is a plus

· Interest in apparel, fashion, sports, automotive, or lifestyle brands

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

· Comfortable standing and interacting with guests for extended periods

· Able to work independently while also being a strong team player

· High energy and a genuine enthusiasm for creating great guest experiences

Schedule & Compensation

· $25/hour

· Event support needed between October 20–26

· October 21–25: full-day availability required, approximately 8 hours/day

· October 20 & 26: flexible hours depending on event needs

· Exact daily schedules will be confirmed closer to the event
