Role Description Major is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and knowledgeable Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand throughout the New York Metro area, including New York City, Long Island, Staten Island, Rockland County, and Westchester. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Major at licensed dispensaries, participating in scheduled pop-ups and promotional events, educating customers and dispensary staff about our products, and building brand awareness. You will be responsible for connecting with consumers, developing positive relationships with dispensary teams, and communicating what makes Major unique. This is a part-time, event-based position requiring travel to scheduled dispensary events throughout the New York Metro area. Responsibilities - Represent Major at scheduled dispensary pop-ups, promotional events, and brand activations. - Educate dispensary staff and customers about Major’s products, cultivation practices, and brand identity. - Build positive relationships with dispensary managers and budtenders. - Conduct engaging product presentations and educational conversations. - Increase brand awareness and encourage customer interest in Major products. - Ensure Major’s promotional materials and product displays are professionally presented. - Gather feedback from customers and dispensary staff to share with the sales and marketing teams. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful promotional events. - Provide brief event recaps and customer feedback. - Represent Major with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for cannabis. Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people. - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently at scheduled events. - Passion for cannabis and an interest in learning about cultivation, genetics, and product quality. - Previous experience in cannabis, brand ambassadorship, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. - Knowledge of the New York cannabis market is advantageous. - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Availability to work scheduled events, including occasional evenings and weekends. - Ability to comply with all applicable New York cannabis regulations and promotional guidelines.
