Brand Ambassador

Duties Act as the primary representative of the brand at various events, retail locations, and promotional activities Engage in in-person customer service by providing product demos, answering questions, and building relationships Promote products through engaging presentations and demonstrations to attract customer interest Collect data on customer preferences, feedback, and engagement for reporting purposes Manage social media accounts by sharing event updates, photos, and engaging content to boost online presence Handle sales transactions and address customer objections confidently to maximize sales opportunities Support event marketing efforts by setting up displays, distributing samples or promotional materials, and ensuring brand consistency Experience Previous food service experience or retail experience is highly preferred for understanding customer interactions Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus Proven experience in social media management or digital content creation Familiarity with data collection tools and techniques for tracking engagement metrics Experience in promoting products or brands at events or within retail environments Customer relationship building skills to foster trust and loyalty among diverse audiences Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other devices used for data entry or social media updates Join us as a Brand Ambassador and become a vital part of our vibrant team!
