In this paid role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers, promoting products, and creating memorable experiences that elevate brand awareness. Your passion for connecting with people and your ability to communicate effectively will drive customer engagement and foster lasting relationships. Duties - Act as the primary representative of the brand at events, retail locations, and promotional activities, ensuring a positive and professional image. - Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features, benefits, and usage, inspiring confidence in our offerings. - Engage with customers through in-person interactions, providing exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty. - Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, sharing event updates, and interacting with followers to boost online presence. - Collect valuable data during events and interactions to help refine marketing strategies and improve customer targeting. - Promote products actively through sampling, signage, and direct communication to increase sales opportunities. - Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and handling sales objections confidently. Requirements - Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service. - Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively; bilingual abilities are a plus. - Proven experience in event marketing or brand promotion that demonstrates your ability to energize audiences. - Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation to effectively promote the brand online. - Ability to collect data accurately during events or interactions for reporting purposes. - Knowledge of retail store product details and technical proficiency in using digital devices or POS systems. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relationship building and engagement; public speaking experience is advantageous.
