Branch Supervisor (Wellness and Beauty)

We are looking for a Branch Supervisor for a Health & Wellness company based in the UAE.

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 7,000 – 8,000 AED/month

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a beauty, wellness or medical aesthetics centre
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of DHA regulations for salons and wellness centres
• Ability to implement and enforce hygiene, health and safety protocols
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven, with a proven track record in revenue generation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges
• Proficiency in scheduling and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including the front desk, opening and closing, and adherence to company standards
• Managing staff schedules and attendance to ensure full shift coverage
• Optimising appointment scheduling to maximise efficiency and revenue
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked facility in line with brand standards
• Ensuring full compliance with DHA salon regulations, including hygiene, sterilisation, licensing, permits and safety protocols
• Conducting regular internal audits and inspections, and ensuring all staff hold valid DHA licences and certifications
• Delivering a first-class client experience and handling enquiries, complaints and Google reviews professionally
• Implementing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction
• Driving retail and service sales, and training staff on treatments, products and promotions
• Monitoring sales performance and identifying local marketing opportunities to increase footfall
• Supervising, coaching and developing a team of therapists and support staff, including daily briefings and team meetings
• Handling disciplinary matters and conflict resolution, and upholding grooming and conduct standards
• Managing inventory, minimising wastage and ensuring timely stock replenishment and accurate records
• Tracking KPIs including revenue, client retention and staff productivity, and managing cash handling and petty cash
• Identifying cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality

About the role:

We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a health and wellness centre in Dubai. You will ensure the branch runs smoothly, meets DHA regulations and delivers an exceptional client experience, while driving sales and profitability. Leading a team of therapists and support staff, you will coach and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain high standards of hygiene, service and professionalism. The role also covers inventory, reporting and financial controls.
