Guides direct reports in the preparation of yearly performance review and ensures that direct reports understand, set commitments and deliverables. Conducts performance review and discussion with direct reports and prepares development plans as needed. Coaches and guides direct reports to ensure high impact performance and delivery of results and decides on employee movements, promotions and transfer. Provides opportunities and develops skills of direct reports through training and other developmental activities. Monitors and enforces the compliance of direct reports to company policies and procedures. Conducts administrative investigation to any concerns of his department as needed. Reviews and approves OT, leaves and shift schedules to properly authorize staff requests. Continuously develops self and updates knowledge in relevant field at all times for professional growth. Ensures all generated and submitted reports by subordinates for review and approval are complete, accurate and compliant to company policies and procedures Implements daily inspection of the office and warehouse’s (including perimeter) physical condition and recommends replacement of material handling equipment and/or upgrading of warehouse & logistics facility to prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents and occupational hazards. Implements warehouse, logistics & administrative functions and controls to ensures efficient and effective branch operations Qualifications: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, any engineering or business related course. With 3 years above experience in Supply Chain management At least 3 years experience in people handling / leading teams Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
