The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Branch Operations Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch. Ensure the salon/clinic is clean, organised and running smoothly. Monitor appointments, walk-ins, customer flow and service schedules. Ensure all SOPs, hygiene and operational standards are followed. Coordinate with management for branch requirements, inventory and maintenance. 2. Sales & Revenue Take ownership of monthly branch sales and revenue targets. Drive service sales, product sales, packages and memberships. Follow up on leads, enquiries and inactive customers. Monitor daily sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue. Track staff-wise sales and performance. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. 3. Staff Management Manage and coordinate all branch staff including beauticians, hairdressers, therapists, skin specialists and front-office staff. Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts/week-offs. Monitor attendance, punctuality and grooming. Set individual targets and monitor staff performance. Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback. Handle staff concerns and coordinate with HR/management when required. Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. 4. Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives a high-quality experience. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Monitor customer feedback and reviews. Encourage repeat visits, memberships and package renewals. Maintain strong relationships with regular and VIP customers. 5. Inventory & Cash Management Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment. Prevent wastage and pilferage of salon/clinic products. Maintain proper records of products and consumables. Coordinate with the accounts team regarding daily collections, expenses and reconciliation. 6. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily branch reports covering: Sales Appointments Walk-ins Staff attendance Service performance Product sales Customer complaints Inventory Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Marketing and Management. Escalate operational or staff issues to management on time. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly branch revenue Sales target achievement Service and product sales Customer retention & repeat visits Package/membership sales Staff productivity Customer satisfaction Attendance and staff discipline Inventory control Branch profitability Candidate Profile 2–5+ years of experience in salon, spa, skin clinic, wellness, retail or hospitality management. Strong people-management and sales skills. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to manage targets and a team. Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and daily reporting. Should be proactive, responsible and capable of independently managing a branch. Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
