The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an excellent experience for our clients and their pets. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Ras Al Khor branch Lead, supervise, and support branch staff Ensure smooth coordination between different departments and services Monitor staff performance, attendance, and overall productivity Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Ensure excellent customer service and operational standards Monitor branch supplies, equipment, and general facilities Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed Prepare and provide regular operational updates to management Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new branch employees when required Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in branch management, operations, or a similar management role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience in the pet care, veterinary, hospitality, retail, or service industry is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong client-handling and customer service skills Passion for working with dogs and cats is highly desirable What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Company benefits Opportunity to lead and develop a new branch Supportive and dynamic working environment Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
