Branch Manager
Job Title: Branch Manager – F&B Location: Abu Dhabi Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the assigned restaurant branch to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Achieve and consistently meet monthly sales targets and branch profitability targets. Monitor daily sales, food costs, labor costs, wastage, and other operating expenses. Implement effective cost-control measures to maximize branch profitability. Lead, supervise, and motivate all branch staff to achieve operational and sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, performance, and discipline. Ensure strict compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and proper use of materials. Handle customer complaints professionally and take corrective action when required. Coordinate with the Operations Manager, HR, Kitchen, Maintenance, and other departments. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports. Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs. Ensure the branch premises, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained. Support staff training and development to improve productivity and service quality. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry. Proven experience managing a restaurant branch with full responsibility for sales and operational performance. Proven ability to achieve and consistently meet sales targets is mandatory. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food cost, labor cost, inventory control, and wastage management. Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills. HACCP qualification is mandatory. Familiarity with Sapaad POS/restaurant management system is an advantage. Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Fluent English required; Arabic language is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or relevant hospitality/F&B qualification is preferred. Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
