# Branch Manager **New era supermarket** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Branch Manager – Supermarket Department: Operations Industry: Retail / Supermarket Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant retail/supermarket experience Location: Dubai , UAE Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a supermarket branch.Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing employees, maintaining inventory and stock levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining company standards and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the supermarket branch. Achieve monthly and annual sales, profit, and operational targets. Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to ensure efficient performance. Prepare staff duty schedules and ensure proper manpower allocation. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales. Ensure proper stock availability, replenishment, merchandising, and product displays. Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock shortages, damages, and wastage. Ensure proper handling of expiry and near-expiry products. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily cash procedures in coordination with the concerned departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE regulatory requirements. Coordinate with the Head Office, HR, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments. Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall performance. Conduct regular store inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market activities. Ensure promotional campaigns and company offers are properly implemented. Prepare and submit required operational and sales reports to management. Take appropriate action to control operational costs and reduce losses. Ensure all company assets, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained. Handle emergencies and operational issues promptly and report major incidents to management. Requirements Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in supermarket, hypermarket, grocery, or retail operations. Previous experience in a Branch Manager / Store Manager / Supermarket Manager role is preferred. Strong knowledge of supermarket operations, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and operational targets. Good knowledge of MS Office and retail/POS systems. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. UAE retail experience is preferred.
