Who you are: College Graduate of Business or related Course (e.g. Economics, Entrepreneurship) 2-3 years Managerial experience in retail, optical or (F&B casual to fine dining) industries Should have the following skills: 1. Excellent Communication skills (oral and written) – creates a lasting and exceptional experience for both internal and external customers 2. Excellent Leadership Skill – builds a motivated, accountable and capable team; knows how to develop his/her team to based on customer needs and not just the price 3. Excellent Decision Making Skills with high Accountability – ensures SOP compliance on inventory, instrumentation, cash and other relevant documentation 4. Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills - knows how to use KPIs to identify problems and opportunities 5. High Sales Management Skill – knows how to own sales and branch growth OTHERS: 1. Excellent in operating the computer and its applications such as but not limited to excel and power point. 2. Can work under minimal supervision and can relate with all levels of the organization 3.
