Today it's a leading manufacturer and supplier of long-run roofing, cladding, architectural tray, and roofing products, trusted by homeowners, builders, commercial property owners, and farmers across the country. We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our Auckland branch. You will be responsible for growing sales, strengthening customer relationships, leading operational performance, and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional business results across our largest and most strategically important branch. About the Role As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance of the branch, leading a team across sales, operations, and support functions to achieve business objectives. You will play a key role in delivering branch profitability, developing high-performing teams, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting to the National Roofing Manager, this is a leadership role where you will influence business outcomes while fostering a strong culture aligned with Dimond values. Key Responsibilities Leading Auckland's largest Dimond Roofing branch to achieve financial and operational targets. Lead and develop a high-performing branch team. Deliver financial, operational, and safety performance targets. Drive sales growth and market share through strong customer relationships. Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Champion health, safety, and wellbeing, maintaining a strong Zero Harm culture. Manage branch budgets, profitability, and working capital performance. Identify continuous improvement opportunities across sales and operations. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders. Support employee development, succession planning, and performance management. What We're Looking For We're looking for a commercially driven leader who is passionate about building strong teams, winning business, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Ideally, you'll bring: Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, construction products, building materials, industrial, or related industries. Strong sales leadership capability with a track record of driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability. A genuine passion for customer relationships, with the ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value for both customers and the business. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering business performance. The ability to identify growth opportunities and convert them into sustainable business outcomes. Experience managing operational performance and business KPIs. A track record of building successful customer relationships and growing revenue. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
