This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and oversee day-to-day banking operations in the retail and branch banking sector. As Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving business targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service and regulatory compliance. This role is based in Cainta, Rizal. What you'll be doing Leading and managing the branch team to ensure effective service delivery and achievement of sales and financial targets Overseeing daily branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction within the local market Managing loan origination and approval processes in accordance with company policies and procedures Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, community stakeholders, and key business partners Monitoring and reporting on branch performance metrics, financial results, and key performance indicators Recruiting, training, developing, and supervising branch staff to ensure a high-performing team Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and risk management protocols Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies Managing branch budgets and controlling operational expenses What we're looking for Minimum 5+ years of experience in branch management or retail banking operations Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong understanding of microfinance products and services, particularly in the Philippine context Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Solid knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices in the Philippines Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills under pressure Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Preferably, experience working with microfinance institutions or non-profit financial organisations What we offer ECLOF Philippines Microfinance, Inc. is committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our employees.
