You will oversee the coordination between our laboratory, radiology, reception, and support functions, maintaining high service quality and efficient clinic workflows. Key Responsibilities Branch Operations & Leadership (OIC): Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, facility readiness, opening/closing procedures, and serve as the primary onsite escalation point for operational issues. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Partner with technical leads (Laboratory and Radiology) and frontline reception to eliminate service bottlenecks, manage queues, and coordinate equipment/supply disruptions. Staff Supervision & Workforce Management: Direct day-to-day administrative supervision of branch personnel, monitor attendance, coordinate staffing coverage, and provide ongoing coaching. Patient Service & Issue Resolution: Maintain an orderly, patient-centered environment, resolve frontline service concerns or delays promptly, and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards. Compliance, Safety & Facility Management: Ensure adherence to DOH regulatory standards, safety/infection control protocols, data privacy, and maintain facility readiness (housekeeping, utilities, security). Supplies & Support Coordination: Monitor operational supplies, coordinate inventory replenishment, and interface with HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement for branch administrative needs. Reporting & Operations Tracking: Consolidate daily operational logs, incident reports, and metrics for Executive Leadership while recommending workflow improvements. Qualifications & Key Competencies Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Medical/Allied Health, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a clinic, diagnostic center, laboratory, or hospital setting. Skills: Strong operational leadership, staff coordination, and patient-service orientation. Working knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulatory compliance (DOH), and safety protocols. Proven problem-solving skills, sound decision-making, and clear communication skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment as Branch OIC while adhering to organizational escalation boundaries.
