In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in financial or operational management, and a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership: Direct all operational aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales. Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor branch staff to achieve their full potential and meet performance goals. Sales & Growth: Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to increase the branch’s market share, acquire new clients, and retain existing ones. Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, track profit and loss (P&L), and ensure the branch meets or exceeds quarterly and annual financial targets. Compliance & Safety: Ensure the branch strictly complies with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Customer Relations: Address and resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in management, business development, or a similar leadership role (banking, retail, or logistics experience is a plus). Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team. Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of basic accounting, budgeting, and P&L management. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building relationships. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
