In this role, you will be fully responsible for the branch's profitability, staff leadership, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will blend strong business acumen with deep automotive industry knowledge to drive revenue growth while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards. - Sales & Financial Performance: Drive the branch to meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets, service goals, and profit margins. Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and analyze P&L statements. - Team Management & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff (including sales consultants, service technicians, and administrative personnel). Foster a productive and motivating work environment. - Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally to ensure repeat business and a strong local reputation. - Inventory & Asset Control: Oversee vehicle/parts inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock rotation, security, and alignment with market demand. - Local Marketing & Networking: Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships within the community to generate new business leads. Required Skills and Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in an automotive setting (e.g., dealership or automotive retail branch). - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field is preferred - Financial Literacy: Proven experience managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and driving profitability. - Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and upper management. - Technical Savvy: Proficiency with automotive management software (DMS/CRM systems) and standard business tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace). - License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Willing to be assigned at San Jose del Monte branch Benefits: - Additional leave - Company Christmas gift - Company events - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
