# Branch Development Manager **Vital Kinetcs (Physical Therapy Clinic)** · San Fernando · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position: BRANCH HEAD (San Fernando, Pampanga) Qualifications: - Graduate of a 4-year course - Experience in B2B / B2C Sales / Business Development is a plus - Experience in Life & Non-Life insurance - Amenable to work in Ayala, Makati Principal Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing different distribution channels such as, but not limited to, agents, brokers, banks, and financial institutions. - Meeting the assigned production goal by maintaining the existing portfolio and soliciting new business - Establishing good business relationships with the different intermediaries and meeting customer satisfaction through sales and claims service consistent with company policies and procedures. Required to operate on a profit basis within the framework of policies, objectives, and budgets. - Drive sales of non-life/general insurance products. - Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Do a regular review of production results against the target to determine the efficiency of marketing strategies and service delivery to achieve operational efficiency.
