Must have exceptional time management skills, as well as be able to work independently. - Provide callers with a vast knowledge of information, regarding products, services, and prices. - Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player who is motivated to excel and lead. - Must follow all guidelines set up by the company. - Complete any special projects or tasks that are assigned by your manager. - Must be able to follow company attendance policy. - Actively participate in team meetings and activities. - Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends.
