Bookkeeper/Accountant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records for a project-based engineering and automation company. The role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including project costing and compliance. Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions and maintain books of accounts Prepare and reconcile bank statements Assist in project costing and expense tracking Monitor payables, receivables, and billing Prepare BIR-related reports and ensure compliance Coordinate with external accountants and auditors Qualifications: Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related field At least 2–3 years experience in bookkeeping Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based companies is an advantage Knowledge in PH taxation and BIR compliance Proficient in Excel and accounting systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Application Question(s): How did you know about Knox?
