Key Responsibilities - Prepare applicable bond documentation including but not limited to delivery checklists, transfer letters, lien notes etc. - Submit check requests, compliance fee payments, and issuance of assignments of mortgage. - Submit master servicer loan file and compliance loan package in accordance with company, bond program specific, and Bond Housing Authority guidelines within the required delivery timeframe. - Monitor loan delivery and file receipt confirmation to meet applicable deadlines. - Monitor loan pipeline to identify and clear delivery deficiencies in a timely manner. - Communicate with investors, agencies, and third parties to ensure completeness of delivered loan file. - Provide frequent bond loan status updates within loan origination platform and appropriate investor portals. - Escalate deficiency resolution issues to team lead when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Experience in performing loan delivery to various Bond Agencies/investors. - Knowledge of mortgage and Bond Agency Loan documents and programs. - Knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass and investor websites. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills. - Excellent problem solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
