We are seeking an experienced Hostel Manager to oversee resort operations, guest satisfaction, team leadership, compliance, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of accommodations, F&B, pools, and facilities.
• Lead and supervise department heads and on-site staff.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and high service standards.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and DENR compliance.
• Support revenue, marketing, HR, and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of management experience in a hotel, hostel, or resort.
• Strong leadership, operations, and people management skills.
• Willing to be based in Panglao, Bohol.
