Overview:

The Production Lead works in close partnership with the Customer Service Lead, Parts Lead and wider operational teams, creating clear alignment between the workshop, customer experience and site priorities. Rather than working in isolation, the role is about collaboration, decision‑making and setting direction for how the site performs day to day.

At Solus, you’ll find:
- A leadership role with real impact on customers and colleagues - Strong collaboration across customer, parts and technical teams - Opportunities to shape how sites operate and improve performance - Clear development pathways within an insurer‑owned group
