We are looking for a skilled Bobcat Operator to safely and efficiently operate skid steer loaders on construction sites. Key Responsibilities Operate the Bobcat (Skid Steer Loader) safely and efficiently on construction sites. Perform excavation, backfilling, grading, leveling, and material loading/unloading. Transport construction materials within the site as required. Assist with site preparation and earthworks. Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks. Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns immediately. Follow instructions from the Site Engineer, Foreman, and Project Manager. Ensure safe operation of the equipment in accordance with company HSE policies. Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the equipment. Coordinate with ground workers and signalmen to ensure safe operations. Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while minimizing equipment downtime. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Bobcat Operator in the construction industry. Valid UAE Bobcat/Heavy Equipment Operator License (mandatory). Experience working on building construction, infrastructure, or earthworks projects. Good knowledge of excavation, grading, leveling, and material handling operations. Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance. Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor construction conditions. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Work Location: In person
