BMS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys, review project drawings/BOQs, and prepare accurate estimations, costings, and commercial proposals.

Send proposals to contractors, regularly follow up, and handle end-to-end project activities from pre-sales and sales to project execution and final handover.

Coordinate effectively with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth site execution and resolve technical discrepancies.

Supervise and monitor the installation of BMS field devices (temperature, humidity, pressure, and differential pressure sensors) as per approved drawings.

Oversee the installation and integration of CHW control valves, actuators, motorized dampers, and VAV systems.

Ensure proper mounting, routing, positioning, and termination of Low Voltage (LV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) control cables.

Manage site manpower, materials, and tools efficiently while maintaining daily progress reports, site documentation, and strict adherence to HSE safety policies.

Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities while actively following up with clients for timely payment releases.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering OR

Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in BMS installation, estimation, and execution.

Mandatory Experience: Prior proven experience in the BMS (Building Management System) sector is strictly required.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory (both written and spoken).

Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, field devices, wiring schematics, and estimation/quoting procedures.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
