# Blue-Collar Recruiter **Super Wheels Passenger Transport by Luxury Motor Vehicles LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding. - Source blue-collar candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, databases, and walk-in interviews. - Screen the candidates internationality like mason. steel fixer, based on skills, experience, qualifications, availability, and job requirements. - Ideal candidate must have blue collar technical experience - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/operational assessments where required. - Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients. - Verify candidate documents, qualifications, experience, and references. - Coordinate medical examinations, background checks, visa processing, and other pre-employment requirements where applicable. - Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports. - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. - Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations. - Meet agreed recruitment targets, timelines, and hiring requirements. - Build and maintain relationships with manpower suppliers, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing partners. - Support bulk hiring and mass recruitment campaigns when required.
