Plant Manager – Block Factory | Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the overall operation of the block factory and production activities. Plan and monitor daily production to achieve required quantities and quality standards. Supervise employees and workers and ensure proper allocation of duties. Monitor the operation and maintenance of production lines and equipment. Ensure that all manufactured blocks meet approved quality standards and specifications. Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production waste. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. Prepare and review production, maintenance, and operational reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Identify and resolve operational and technical issues affecting production. Monitor raw material and finished product inventory levels. Implement measures to improve production efficiency, productivity, and cost control. Coordinate with senior management regarding operational plans and factory development. Work Location: In person
