Qualifications - Required Knowledge and Experience - Enterprise GIS and Business Intelligence - Power BI Administration and Development - ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online - Metadata and Data Governance - Cloud Integration and Azure Services - Database Optimization and Data Architecture - Information Security and Compliance - Technical Documentation and Training - Stakeholder Engagement and Customer Support - Geospatial Analysis and Cartographic Production - Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting federal land-use planning, environmental management, or natural resource programs. - Knowledge of federal geospatial policies, standards, and mission-support systems. - Experience with Azure Maps capabilities, including vector tiles, routing, geocoding, spatial operations, and cloud-based mapping services. - Familiarity with AI and emerging technology guidance applicable to federal environmental, planning, and geospatial programs. - Education/Experience - 5 years of application development experience preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field.
