The individual will work closely with doctors and healthcare professionals, providing software demonstrations, training, technical support, and ongoing follow-up . The role will also support the company’s sales and marketing activities by participating in client visits, presenting solutions, assisting the sales team with technical knowledge, and helping communicate the value and applications of our technologies. The role may also involve participation in workshops, conferences, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and other educational or promotional activities organized by Smile Agents. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Equipment Engineering **REQUIREMENT** Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.**REQUIREMENT** Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software and digital technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging professionally with doctors and healthcare professionals. Good presentation and demonstration skills. Enthusiastic, proactive, organized, and willing to learn. Ability to provide technical support and communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in biomedical engineering, medical devices, healthcare technology, software support, or technical sales is preferred. Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼7,100.00 per month Education: Diploma (Preferred) Language: English (Required) License/Certification: Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license (Required) Work Location: In person
