BIM SECTION HEAD – CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 15,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Employment: Full-time | On-site

NGR Search Partners is recruiting an experienced BIM Section Head for a well-established construction and infrastructure company in Dubai, UAE.

We are looking for a technically strong professional with proven experience in BIM management, multidisciplinary coordination, and the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the BIM department, ensuring effective coordination across engineering and construction teams.
• Oversee BIM modelling, implementation, and project delivery.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and resolve design clashes.
• Manage BIM teams and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, design engineers, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM documentation and models.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in BIM management or BIM leadership positions.
• Strong background in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.
• Experience managing BIM teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and procedures, including ISO 19650.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong command of English. Arabic is not mandatory.
• Previous experience in the UAE construction market is highly desirable.
