The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed BIM models for infrastructure utility networks, with specialization in either Wet Utilities or Dry Utilities , ensuring compliance with project specifications and relevant Dubai authority standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality 3D BIM models for infrastructure utility networks using Autodesk Civil 3D and other relevant BIM platforms. Work within either Wet Utilities (water, sewerage, stormwater, drainage, irrigation) or Dry Utilities (electrical, telecom, street lighting, district cooling, and associated services). Develop utility corridors, profiles, alignments, networks, chambers, ducts, and associated infrastructure elements. Coordinate utility networks with roads, structures, MEP, landscape, and other infrastructure disciplines. Perform multidisciplinary clash detection, coordination, and resolution using Navisworks . Prepare detailed plans, profiles, sections, schedules, shop drawings, and BIM deliverables. Ensure models comply with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans, relevant international standards, and Dubai authority requirements . Support design engineers and project teams throughout the design and coordination process. Assist with authority submissions, NOCs, and technical documentation where required. Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, naming conventions, and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in infrastructure BIM/modelling. Specialization: Strong experience in either Wet Utilities or Dry Utilities . Candidates do not need to have experience in both. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D , with strong knowledge of infrastructure modelling and coordination. BIM Skills: Strong experience with Navisworks for clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination. Local Expertise: Proven experience on infrastructure projects in Dubai, with familiarity with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and other relevant Dubai authority requirements, standards, NOCs, and submission procedures , depending on the candidate's area of specialization. Additional Skills: Experience with InfraWorks and other BIM coordination platforms is highly desirable. Documentation: Ability to produce accurate construction drawings, BIM models, and authority submission deliverables. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Experience: BIM Modeler - Infra Designer: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
