This permanent role follows a 5.5-day work schedule (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm; alternate Sat, 8am–12pm) and offers a competitive basic salary with AWS and VB benefits . The position provides an opportunity to support BIM coordination, project planning, and technical documentation within a dynamic project environment. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate with the Project Management team to support project planning, execution, and progress tracking. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating schedules, monitoring project advancement, and maintaining quality standards. Communicate with Owner and Main Contractor representatives on site-related and technical matters. Participate in project meetings and coordination sessions with relevant stakeholders. Prepare, update, and manage engineering documents, inspection checklists, and project reports. Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors on work schedules, quality control processes, and testing requirements. Work with in-house designers and consultants to gather and prepare documentation required for site activities. Coordinate with Land Surveyors and Draftspersons for the preparation and submission of shop drawings and as-built drawings. Ensure project activities are completed safely and within the required timelines. Maintain documentation and records to support ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 compliance (previous OHSAS 18001). What We’re Looking For Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. Preferably have 1–3 years of BIM project experience. Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Autodesk Revit BIM software and tools. Possess strong technical knowledge and planning abilities in managing BIM modelling and drafting works. Be resourceful, capable of working independently, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively in a project environment.
