# BIM Modeler – Fit-Out & Architectural **Medtel WN WLL** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Fit-Out / Architecture / Construction Job Description We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler with a strong background in Fit-Out and Architectural projects to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, architectural BIM modeling, detailing, and interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for architectural and fit-out works. * Create detailed architectural and interior fit-out models using Autodesk Revit. * Prepare and update plans, elevations, sections, details, and shop drawings. * Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. * Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams. * Review drawings and ensure models comply with project standards and specifications. * Support the preparation of construction and as-built documentation. * Ensure BIM deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience as a BIM Modeler. * Strong experience in Fit-Out and Architectural projects. * Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. * Good knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings. * Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination is preferred. * Strong understanding of interior fit-out and architectural construction methods. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
