We’re Hiring | BIM Manager – MEP / Building Services Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Engineering Consultancy | MEP Design | Building Services Employment: Full-Time Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners / Flexible Notice Periods Auxilium Services is supporting a leading international engineering consultancy in Dubai in hiring an experienced BIM Manager – MEP. We are looking for professionals with strong Revit MEP expertise, multidisciplinary BIM coordination, digital engineering and team leadership experience, preferably within international engineering design consultancies. Key Responsibilities: Lead BIM teams and oversee MEP modelling, coordination and project delivery. Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards and workflows. Manage Revit MEP models, parametric families, libraries and templates. Oversee clash detection, model coordination and quality assurance using Navisworks. Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Architectural and Structural teams. Manage BIM 360 collaboration and digital project deliverables. Mentor BIM teams and support technical training and process improvements. Liaise with clients, consultants and international project teams. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on Revit MEP experience preferred, with proven BIM team leadership. Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage and BIM 360. Strong understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination. Experience developing BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards and parametric libraries. Strong background in engineering design consultancies preferred. Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills. Experience with Dynamo, AutoLISP or BIM automation is advantageous. Candidates with proven BIM management experience, rather than modelling experience alone, will be prioritised.
