Bim Draughtsman

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Draughtsman / BIM Modeler who can develop accurate 3D BIM models, prepare detailed shop drawings, and coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using relevant BIM software.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, sections, elevations, and construction drawings.
• Convert architectural, structural, and MEP drawings into accurate BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines and identify potential clashes or design conflicts.
• Prepare and update drawings based on consultant comments, site requirements, and design revisions.
• Generate material take-offs and quantity schedules from BIM models.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project specifications, standards, and approved design requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams throughout the project.
• Maintain proper drawing registers, revision records, and BIM documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Experience in MEP, architectural, or structural BIM modelling.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and project documentation requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
