Key Responsibilities

• BIM production and Revit-based drawing deliverables for design projects.
• Architectural and Interior Design BIM modeling.
• Structural BIM Modeling
• Development and maintenance of project models in Autodesk Revit.
• Working within established BIM workflows under the guidance of BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators.
• Participation in collaborative BIM environments using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Forma.
• Creation and development of Revit Families for Architecture and Interior Design projects.
• Production and coordination of technical documentation and drawings.
• Utilization of AutoCAD and related design tools when required.
• Compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ISO 19650 standards.

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Good understanding of BIM processes and project workflows.
• Experience with Architectural and Interior Design projects.
• Knowledge of ACC, Forma, and collaborative digital delivery environments.
• Revit Family creation and customization skills.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 principles and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM, Architecture, or related fields.
• GCC project experience preferred.
• Experience working on projects following RIBA stages is an advantage.
• Demonstrated competency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
