The candidate will be responsible for project billing, quantity verification, cost estimation, planning, budgeting, and project cost monitoring for piling, excavation, rock anchoring, and other civil infrastructure projects. The role requires close coordination with project managers, site engineers, procurement, contracts, finance, clients, and consultants to ensure timely billing, cost control, and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities · Client Billing (RA Bills & Final Bills) · Subcontractor Billing · Quantity Surveying & Measurement Verification · BOQ Preparation & Rate Analysis · Cost Estimation & Budget Preparation · Project Planning & Scheduling · Cost Monitoring & Budget Control · Monthly Cost Reports & MIS · Cash Flow Planning · Tender Quantity Verification · Coordination with Site, Procurement & Finance Teams · Contract Documentation & Billing Support Required Skills (Must Have) · Client Billing & RA Billing · Quantity Surveying · BOQ Preparation · Cost Estimation · Rate Analysis · Project Planning · Advanced MS Excel · AutoCAD · Strong knowledge of Civil Drawings · Good communication and coordination skill Good to Have · ERP Software · SAP (Exposure) · Knowledge of Contract Management · Claims & Variation Billing Experience · 2 + Years (Candidates with higher experience may also be considered.)
